摘要: Die nichtpathologischen Oberschenkelhalsfrakturen bei jungeren Patienten zwischen dem 15. und 50. Lebensjahr sind seltene Verletzungen. Es „adaquate Schadigungen“ mit sehr hoher Energieeinleitung, verursacht durch Verkehrsunfalle, Sturze Sportunfalle, die den gesunden Knochen frakturieren lassen – oft genug zu Mehrfachverletzungen fuhren.
