摘要: 1 The affinity of 17 compounds for muscarine-sensitive acetylcholine receptors in atrial pacemaker cells and ileum the guinea-pig has been measured at 29 degrees C Ringer-Locke solution. Measurements were also made 37 with 7 them. 2 Some had much higher than those atria. For most selective compound, 4-diphenylacetoxy-N-methylpiperidine methiodide, difference was approximately 20-fold. atria are therefore different structure from ileum. 3 effect temperature on not same all compounds, tested indicating enthalpies entropies adsorption accounting some difficulty experienced predicting new compounds.
