摘要: This article discusses the application of Taguchi's robust parameter design RPD approach in a motor large electrical company India. There used to be specific customer requirements related temperature rise and low efficiency existing model motor, which organisation was unable meet. successfully applied derive optimum design. Orthogonal arrays were experiments with 13 control factors, each at 3 levels 2 noise factors. The experimentation carried out by computer simulation data analysed using signal-to-noise ratio method. From analysis variance along main effect plots, factor level combination for new product reached. As per design, prototype made tested respect found give satisfactory results all performance characteristics. has given result just 10 weeks' time, whereas traditional take 12 15 months arrive values.
