摘要: Abstract Proper regulation of pH value is an important issue in the food industry for quality production. A process usually has non-linear dynamics with system uncertainty. This study treats a reactor tank as grey box partially known information. The behaviour predicted one-step ahead first-order model. fuzzy controller takes prediction together current response to regulate discharge base (NaOH) or acid (HCl) solution into arrive at desired value. integrated control (GPFC) strategy simple control-law derivation and implementation efficient computation. developed GPFC was validated perform base/acid titration continuous acidification/deacidification control. controlled error trivial less than 1% under proper agitation reactants. used Acetobacter xylinum fermentation cellulose scheme exerted smooth action, achieved steady-state control, yielded more acetic products but consumed much material PID manual
