摘要: This study aimed to investigate biofilm properties evolution coupled with different ages during the start-up period in a moving bed reactor system. Physicochemical characteristics including adhesion force, extracellular polymeric substances (EPS), morphology as well volatile solid and microbial community were studied. Results showed that formation development of biofilms exhibited four stages, (I) initial attachment young formation, (II) accumulation, (III) sloughing updating, (IV) maturation. During whole period, force was positively significantly correlated contents EPS, especially content polysaccharide. In addition, increased EPS beneficial for retention. Gram-negative bacteria mainly Sphaerotilus, Zoogloea Haliscomenobacter predominant stage. Actinobacteria resist sloughing. Furthermore, filamentous dominant maturation biofilm.
