摘要: Background Although mortality rates for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) have declined men and women, prior studies reported a sex gap in such that younger women were most likely to die after an AMI. Methods results We sought explore the impact of race ethnicity on AMI patterns care contemporary patient cohort. constructed multivariable hierarchical logistic regression models examine trends hospitalizations, procedures, in-hospital by sex, age ( Conclusion found significant racial disparities patterns, mortality, with higher experienced Hispanic women. Future are necessary determinants these outcomes
