摘要: A heating procedure is reported with slurry sampling electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry to improve the accuracy of cadmium determination in food. In comparison conventional sampling, significantly increased recovery and improved precision. For optimized procedure, 25–250 mg food were treated 2% HNO3 1% H2O2 at 120°C for 20 min, followed by addition 50 µL 10% Triton X-100, homogenization an ultrasonic bath prior analysis. Tungsten rhodium employed as a permanent modifier optimum pyrolysis atomization temperatures 500°C 1500°C. Calibration aqueous standards resulted good agreement between certified or information values measured results 95% confidence level. characteristic mass 0.8 ± 0.1 pg detection limit 0.7 ng g−1 obtained. The method was direct reference materials.
