摘要: Single crystalline indium oxide (In2O3) octahedra have been synthesized by means of a vapor phase transport method at high temperature. The resulting material has characterized FE-SEM, HR-TEM, XRD, XPS and PL. gas sensing properties this against oxidizing reducing gases examined the conditions for selectively detecting such established. A response towards NO2 obtained relatively low optimal operating temperature (i.e., 130 °C) even room fact that nanomaterial is more than two orders magnitude higher H2, in presence ambient moisture, makes it very promising selective detection species (at ppb levels) under real conditions. addition noble metal nanoparticles (Pt Pd) combined with an increase 250 significantly increases H2 sensitivity dramatically decreases to NO2. However, case, humidity negatively affects H2. mechanisms are introduced discussed.
