摘要: The aim of this study was to test the hypothesis that distribution oestrogen receptor beta (ERβ) and androgen (AR) are related cell proliferation or correlated with expression progesterone (PR) alpha (ERα) in normal human endometrium. Immunohistochemical immunoreactive ERβ well-characterised menstrual cycle biopsy samples lowest proliferative endometrial glands, highest early secretory phase glands maintained at ~20% throughout rest closely stromal AR expression. Stromal not significantly altered until any other antigen stroma except AR. By contrast, glandular immunoreactivity below 5% cycle, increased during showed strong just before menstruation.
