摘要: This chapter focuses on those methods suitable for nuclear detection that constitute the most promising application to date. For this purpose, one needs a reasonable mobility lifetime product electrons and holes, high resistivity, low number of grain boundaries concentration trapping centers. At same time, production rate reproducibility are interest. The quality material its electrical characteristics dependent structural defects chemical dopants: vacancies, interstitials, loops, associations. behavior these is determined by composition, temperature pressure, which main phase diagram parameters. describes thermodynamic properties cadmium-tellurium (CdTe) system (phase equilibrium relationship between components) summarizes various combinations partial pressure under three phases-solid, liquid, gas-coexist in equilibrium.
