摘要: Resumen El estudio del microbioma humano ha incrementado de manera excepcional el conocimiento actual que disponemos sobre la importancia microbiota en salud durante todas las etapas vida. La colonizacion microbiana humana ocurre piel, sistema genitourinario y, principalmente, cavidad oral y tracto intestinal. En todos estos lugares, establece una relacion simbiotica con hospedador ayuda a mantener homeostasis fisiologica. estilo vida, edad, dieta uso antibioticos son los principales reguladores composicion funcionalidad humana. Estudios recientes apuntan al descenso diversidad como uno aspectos contribuye desarrollo enfermedades. Ademas estudios filogenetica, es necesario profundizar metagenomicos nivel funcional para mejorar su participacion
