摘要: In this paper, we propose an effective post-processing algorithm with low computational complexity for removing coding artifacts that severely degrade visual quality of the decompressed images. The proposed method is based on a fuzzy model and recursive filtering. At each iteration, flat regions get smoother while image edges are preserved from blurring. Experimental results show can significantly improve in terms both objective subjective evaluations.
