摘要: Abstract Label exchange studies were used to investigate the role of nitric oxide as an intermediate denitrification in Pseudomonas aureofaciens and chlororaphis . The [13N]N from [13N]NO2− readily exchanged with pools added, nonlabeled NO, 54% appearing a pool 7.2 × 10−3 atm NO P These results suggest that is either reductive sequence or rapid equilibrium unidentified intermediate.
