Hacia la Evidencia Basada en la Práctica en Psicoterapia.

摘要: Evidence-based practice in psychology has shown the effectiveness of a multitude psychotherapeutic procedures and treatments aimed at addressing whole series psychological problems so-called mental disorders. However, there are still some open questions regarding which factors influence results therapy most, along with difficulty applying knowledge acquired under controlled conditions to clinical faced by specialists natural contexts. This paper reviews these questions, as well methodological theoretical related evidence-based practice. In addition, concept practice-based evidence is proposed way build bridges between most research situations routine practice, reviewing highlighting those elements therapeutic process that contribute improving psychotherapy.
