摘要: Recent trends in social and political philosophy recognise the importance of inclusion attention they have paid to community membership collective deliberation. But there are many “grades” or “gradations” democratic involvement, demanding more less inclusiveness empowerment, making greater lesser demands on capacities those who included. At very least, empowerment require universal franchise.
