摘要: This study aimed to explore the metabolic profiling in serum of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) infected piglets. Compared control piglets, diarrheal piglets had higher contents m-cresol and urocanic acid, but lower levels fumaric isoleucine, N-methyl-DL-alanine, 2-hydroxybutanoic L-threose putrescine, which are mainly associated with amino acid metabolism, energy metabolism urea cycle. recovered oxoproline, proline, ornithine, methyl phosphate, glycolic myristic azelaic commonly involved glutathione synthesis Collectively, current provides insights into alterations during ETEC infection recovery from induced diarrhea.
