摘要: The kidney is a target organ in plasma cell dyscrasias. Usually the offending molecules are monoclonal light chains (LCs), but complete immunoglobulins can participate pathogenesis of damage. primary structure proteins at basis ultrastructural organization their aggregates which translates into characteristic injuries. targeting due to concurrence several factors such as local catabolism LCs, specific interactions with tissue and cellular components, environmental conditions. Glomerulopathic LCs interact mesangial cells producing, through two distinct pathways, LC amyloidosis or immunoglobulin deposition disease. Tubulopathic damage proximal tubule causing Fanconi's syndrome precipitate distal determining cast nephropathy. use electronmicroscopy combined immuno-labeling has allowed identification other rare patterns In patients known dyscrasia, recognition these renal injury should lead appropriate therapeutic intervention.
