摘要: The technique of transurethral balloon dilatation the prostate (TUDP) in patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy is very appealing considering simplicity method and possibility performing procedure under local anesthesia. Even if long-term effectiveness still uncertain as compared to a standard resection (TURP), many studies report significant relief symptoms approximately 60% pure lateral lobe hyperplasia [2]. In these cases obstruction has been reported up now only terms symptom score improvement and/or peak flow changes. our protocol data from pressure-flow measurements have used for selection evaluation patients.
