摘要: Objectives Several research groups established functional tests to obtain performance data for mobility-related activities in patients with low back pain (LBP). In our study we aimed assess the construct validity and associations other measures of a battery relationship physical on one hand capacity variables pain, disability psychological other. Design Eight everyday such as climbing stairs, picking up an object from floor, bending forward, sitting supine position etc. were evaluated 106 LBP control subjects. Results Distribution results each test demonstrated marked overlap number between those without pain. factor analysis found pronounced differences factorial structure subjects well bivariate correlations results. There was strong self-report rating (FFbH-R) especially whereas had less not at all subjects. Conclusion In contrast past present literature, suggest that have inherent problem sharply differentiate healthy controls problems inter-rater reliability. Physical seems be more matter patients' perception generalized than restricted function.
