摘要: The HPC Challenge (HPCC) Benchmark suite and the Intel MPI (IMB) are used to compare evaluate combined performance of processor, memory subsystem interconnect fabric five leading supercomputers-SGI Altix BX2, Cray X1, Opteron Cluster, Dell Xeon NEC SX-8. These systems use different networks (SGI NUMALINK4, network, Myrinet, InfiniBand, IXS). complete set HPCC Benchmarks run on each these systems. Additionally, we present results study 11 communication functions
