摘要: Abstract In order to possess the merits of both building blocks, i.e. rapid interfacial electron transport TiO2-B narrow nanobelts (NBs) and high surface area TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs), NBs NPs composites photoelectrodes were prepared with different weight ratios. The dye-sensitized solar cell prototypes fabricated based on composite photoelectrical properties have been systematically studied. Although amount adsorption dye cells decreased, could obtain higher power conversion efficiency compared pure NP by rational tuning ratio NPs, which was due faster transfer rate. transport, together determined overall efficiency, investigated UV–vis spectra, electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS), intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy (IMPS) photovoltage (IMVS).
