摘要: Adrenal venous sampling (AVS) is used to distinguish unilateral from bilateral aldosterone hypersecretion as a cause of primary hyperaldosteronism (PHA). This distinction critical because disease treated, and often cured, by adrenalectomy, whereas should be managed medically.
