Prevalence of mental disorders and trends from 1996 to 2009. Results from the Netherlands Mental Health Survey and Incidence Study-2

摘要: To present prevalences of lifetime and 12-month DSM-IV mood, anxiety, substance use impulse-control disorders from the second Netherlands Mental Health Survey Incidence Study (NEMESIS-2), to compare prevalence anxiety with estimates first study (NEMESIS-1). Between November 2007 July 2009, a nationally representative face-to-face survey was conducted using Composite International Diagnostic Interview 3.0 among 6,646 subjects aged 18–64. Trends in mental were examined these data NEMESIS-1 1996 (n = 7,076). Lifetime NEMESIS-2 20.2% for 19.6% 19.1% disorder 9.2% disorder. For disorders, figures 6.1, 10.1, 5.6 2.1%, respectively. 2007–2009, did not change. The mood decreased slightly but lost significance after controlling differences sociodemographic variables between two studies. This shows that are prevalent. In about decade, no clear change health status found.
