摘要: Diffuse mesenchymal hyperplasia of placental stem villi produces a pathological increase volume, gives images partial hydatidiform mola on ultrasound examination and is associated with elevated levels alpha feto-protein. On gross examination, the placenta enlarged, vessels fetal plate show aneurysmal varicose dilatations, appear as distinct, semitranslucent lobulated structures. At microscopy level, excessive proliferation mesenchymatous tissue foci myxoid degeneration large macrophages containing alcian blue positive material within cytoplasmic vacuoles. Involved areas blood abnormally thin walls, which are negative to factor VIII feto-protein immunohistochemical reactions. Pathological trophoblastic or stromal inclusions not part this condition. Although there clear predominance female genotype in cases, true sex incidence vascular anomalies diffuse villus has yet be defined.
