摘要: The electrochemical behaviour of anodic films formed on pure aluminium (99.999% and 1100) 6061-Al alloy substrates in phosphoric acid has been investigated an saturated phosphate solution pH 6.23. polarization resistance data obtained after one day immersion the electrolyte showed a strong correlation with pit number, assessed from outdoor atmospheric exposure test 4 months. cathodic measurements anodized were also carried out. Electrochemical behaviour, eg corrosion, hydrogen evolution reaction, was interpreted terms “active sites” within film. It is suggested that active sites mainly presence impurities or constituents substrates.
