摘要: Solution scanometry, a new, simple, fast and inexpensive method, was applied for the determination of acidity constant, pKa, indicators, first time. Three azo indicators including methyl orange (MO), yellow (MY) red (MR) were selected as appropriate templates this purpose. The method is based on scanning cells containing indicator solution with scanner then color each cell analyzed software written in visual basic (VB 6) media into red, green blue values. built by creating holes Plexiglas® sheet. Also constants cited three determined spectrophotometrically. pKa evaluated using spectrophotometric data Hypspec program. corresponding distribution diagrams depicted through Hyss2009 comparison between current traditional UV-Vis methods performed results revealed similar trends both methods. obtained from two show good agreement literature.
