摘要: Forty-five high tibial osteotomies, with Gariepy's closing wedge technique, are reported. Of thirty-six knees followed for a year or more twenty-six had good results, five fair and poor results. The importance of accurate correction the deformity is emphasized. It pointed out that technique lends itself particularly well to deformity.
