摘要: Synthesis and studies of single crystals hybrid perovskite are important for achieving a better understanding the optoelectronic phenomena occurring in this material improving ongoing applications. Here, we report on growth micrometer-size methylammonium lead bromide (MAPbBr3) using spin coating deposition method quartz substrate. We studied influence rotation speed use three different additives N-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethyl sulfoxide, 4-tert-butylpyridine crystal size shape. The introduction an additive precursor solution is revealed to be very useful obtaining with well-defined geometries decreasing amount defects. In way, high-quality that sustain optical resonating modes were obtained characterized by transmittance photoluminescence measurements.
