摘要: Some studies have shown that resistance training combined with plyometric is more time-efficient and effective for fitness development. The degree frequency of might influence the benefit to maintain time. To better understand this phenomenon in pre- early pubertal boys, we provided a specific recommendation physical education teachers thus they are able prescribe an exercise plan their students setting. We aimed investigate effects followed by 12 weeks reduced/detraining period on anthropometric features 8 12-year old boys. Forty-six healthy boys were randomly assigned either experimental group (EG, n = 31) or control (CG, 15). Besides regular classes (PE), participants EG performed program (resistance training) twice weekly weeks. In CG, only underwent PE per week. Then, trained reduced (RTG, 14) cessation (TCG, 17). RTG continued once week additional TCG, kept assessed performances (biceps curl, leg power, running speed) at baseline, after training, training/detraining. observed significantly greater decrease biceps girth (p 0.049, d 0.636), as compared CG. With regard measures 12-week showed increase curl 0.005, 0.92) standing long jump 0.015, 0.8) comparison whereas improvement 30 m sprint speed 0.031, 0.707) was EG, detraining results indicated outcome 0.038, 0.938), TCG. Resistance can be safe way enhance selected aspects fitness, well reduce muscular aged between years. one session seems provide prevent power lower limb from rapid deterioration.
