摘要: Abstract Lu. flaviscutellata shows distinct variations in its microdistribution within the Utinga forest, Belem, Brazil. is attracted to, and feeds on, a wide variety of animals including rodents, marsupials birds. Of 2,774 sandflies caught from rodents 2,731 were , showing that it predominant species biting rodents. 1,523 female man, only 6 indicating this not inclined to bite man. The observed habits forests Para, Brazil, support our previous observations major vector leishmaniasis among Utinga, but important transmission disease man area.
