Continuous-Wave and Time-Resolved Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance Studies of Nonetched/Etched InP Nanocrystals

摘要: The low temperature photoluminescence spectrum of InP nanocrystals (NCs) is composed a near band-edge exciton and defect emission band at lower energies. present study characterized the utilizing an optically detected magnetic resonance spectroscopy (ODMR) both in continuous-wave time-resolved modes. ODMR spectra were measured as function laser power, microwave modulation frequencies, light polarization. results showed that originated from trap-to-band luminescence weakly coupled electron−hole pair, when electron trapped phosphorus vacancy, Vp (with angular momention F = 1/2), while hole located valence 3/2). Spin Hamiltonian simulations lineshape, including hyperfine interactions, revealed nonetched samples are dominated by surface with two adjacent indium atoms.
