摘要: The low temperature photoluminescence spectrum of InP nanocrystals (NCs) is composed a near band-edge exciton and defect emission band at lower energies. present study characterized the utilizing an optically detected magnetic resonance spectroscopy (ODMR) both in continuous-wave time-resolved modes. ODMR spectra were measured as function laser power, microwave modulation frequencies, light polarization. results showed that originated from trap-to-band luminescence weakly coupled electron−hole pair, when electron trapped phosphorus vacancy, Vp (with angular momention F = 1/2), while hole located valence 3/2).
