摘要: The activities of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs), including mitogenic and antiapoptotic properties, are modulated by a family high-affinity factor-binding proteins (IGFBPs), which IGFBP-3 is the major serum carrier protein. Even though it well known that plays an important role in cell proliferation, expression its significance primary non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) samples unknown. This study explored tumor from 74 patients with diagnosis pathological stage I NSCLC to determine if status IFGBP-3 influences prognosis NSCLC.
