摘要: Ophthalmologic conditions were among the earliest described findings in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The purpose of this review is to highlight recent changes pathophysiology and management ophthalmologic infected human virus (HIV). introduction highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) 1996 changed from predominantly acute infectious diseases chronic, slowly progressive, debilitating conditions. HIV-associated neuroretinal disorder infrequently leads blindness, but it causes visual disability a large percentage patients. Cytomegalovirus retinitis now seen less commonly USA, remains an important cause blindness HIV-infected developing countries. Immune recovery uveitis has emerged as major USA. As HIV become chronic disease, due noninfectious have increasingly important.
