摘要: Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate an individually tailored home-based exercise programme balance in the elderly. also examine if degree confidence a person performing common daily activities without falling could be influenced by training and there were any relations between different physical factors as well balance. Method: A multiple baseline design single case format used five women included study.
