摘要: Viral respiratory infections (VRI) are common in children with cystic fibrosis (CF) and associated significant clinical deterioration. Little previous research has been conducted on VRI adults CF. This thesis describes a prospective study to determine the epidemiology impact of among 100 CF.The incidence identifiable was 1.66 cases/patient-year. Rhinovirus accounted for 72.5% viruses. Identifiable increased risk pulmonary exacerbation, symptoms higher C-reactive protein levels.Changes climate seasons affected VRI. most autumn other viruses predominated during winter. Warmer ambient temperatures were rhinovirus infection while more colder temperatures.Genetic sequencing subset 42 rhinoviruses identified showed that A 69% cases severe levels than B.The changes bacterial communities within lungs patients CF investigated. Ribosomal intergenic spacer analysis (RISA) developed as tool profile diversity sputum compared standard culture 16S rRNA gene pyrosequencing. No consistent effect microbial detected any these methods longitudinal 18 patients.
