摘要: Controversy continues as to whether uncontrolled or controlled hemorrhage is the most appropriate for study of hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation. To appraise differences between these models, we evaluated relationship blood volume loss pressure in versus hemorrhage. Anesthetized, instrumented, immature female pigs (40 kg) were assigned one three groups: (1) group U, aortotomy from a 2-mm aortotomy; (2) P, matched profile U; (3) V, U. A computer-driven feedback control system duplicated U profiles. Pigs monitored 3 h after received no fluid Group resulted 17.6 +/- 0.7 mL kg(-1) reduction 28 mmHg at end active bleeding. P required more (21.5 1.2 kg(-1)) match profiles pressure, whereas V higher mean arterial (42 5 mmHg) Neither heart rate nor total peripheral resistance differed significantly among groups. At level observed this study, fundamental physiological existed when volume. We suggest that modified presence
