摘要: A permanent magnet generator has a laminated rotor mounted to the driven shaft of power alternator. The is cylindrical and includes 10 circumferentially distributed elongated axial slots teeth. Iron-boron-neodymium rare earth magnets are secured within each slots, radially similarly polarized. teeth define consequent 20 pole with minimum number magnets. epoxy bonded corresponding slots. Each slot rectangular cross-section slightly flared sides. extends between recess surfaces sides improve flux distribution. outer radial ends spaced inwardly prevent mechaical damage outside maximum dimension PMG stator less than inner diameter exciter for convenient removal through bore exciter.
