摘要: Abstract A two-continuous mesophilic (37 ± 2 °C) UASB system with step-feed was investigated as an attractive optimization strategy for enhancing COD and total phenols removal of the improving aerobic biodegradability real coal gasification wastewater. Through period, maximum efficiencies reached 55–60% 58–63% respectively in system, at influent flow distribution ratio 0.2 concentration 2500 mg/L; corresponding were low levels 45–50% 43–50% HRT 48 h during single-feed period. The specific methanogenic activity substrate utilization rate 592 ± 16 mg COD-CH 4 /(gVSS d) 89 ± 12 mg phenol/(gVSS d) operation. After anaerobic digestion step-feed, effluent decreased from 270 ± 9 to 215 ± 10 mg/L. results suggested that enhanced degradation refractory organics second reactor.
