摘要: PURPOSE To determine the UV absorbance of corneal layers (epithelium, Bowman layer, stroma) in 240- to 400-nm range. METHODS Consecutive slices (100 microm) human cadaveric corneas were cut, and each sample was determined a scanning spectrophotometer. In some cases epithelium scraped off its measured separately.
