摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate in vitro cultivation banana Prata Ana clone Gorutuba differents volumes liquid medium the stationary system and under agitation, comparing with traditional semisolid medium. experiment conducted a completely randomized design factorial 5 x 2 + 1, five (10, 15, 20, 25 30 mL) two cropping systems (agitation stationary) control (semisolid medium), 4 replicates, each plot had bottle explants. number shoots/explant observed by on third subculture differs from some treatments In fourth subculture, differed all medium, agitation favored significantly higher than that obtained system. elongation rooting phases, results they were better control. Comparing we noted greater growth for plantlets which remained volume 30ml. is more efficient multiplication phase, phase best be adopted mL.
