摘要: The invention relates to a method of forming conducting nanowire between two contacts on substrate surface wherein plurality nanoparticles is deposited the in region contacts, and single running substantially formed by either monitoring conduction ceasing deposition at onset conduction, and/or modifying achieve, or taking advantage pre-existing topographical features which will cause form nanowire. resultant nanowires are also claimed as well devices incorporating such nanowires.
