摘要: The most common and well proven control strategy for thickness in industrial rolling mills is the automatic gauge controller (AGC). However, it still unclear how to use AGC of asymmetries lateral direction. How should react different estimations at both sides mill. Such laterally asymmetric conditions may originate from strip track-off, friction mill stand, or a wedge-shaped entry profile thickness. In this paper, two versions are compared feedforward approach developed profile. Simulation studies based on validated stand model demonstrate benefit combining with compensate asymmetries.
