摘要: Background The characteristics of idiopathic ventricular tachycardias (VTs) or premature contractions (PVCs) arising from the pulmonary artery (PA) have not been sufficiently clarified. Objective purpose this study was to clarify prevalence, characteristics, and preferential sites VT/PVCs PA (PA-VT/PVCs). Methods Data obtained 276 patients with who underwent radiofrequency (RF) catheter ablation were analyzed. Results Twelve (4%) PA-VT/PVCs, their onset (34 ± 14 years) youngest among all subgroups. Because those QRS morphologies similar right outflow tract (RVOT-VT/PVC) earliest activation RVOT, an initial performed in RVOT patients. However, RF at resulted a morphology change patients, so thereafter mapping performed. A characteristic potential during sinus rhythm and/or arrhythmia recorded successful site perfect good pace map 7 (70%) 10 septal side close posterolateral attachment 9 (75%) anterior remaining 3 (25%). No PA-VT/PVCs recurred follow-up 27 13 months. Conclusion should always be considered when ECG suggests RVOT-VT/PVCs results both failed morphology. often originate PA.
