摘要: Chromogranin A (CgA), a secretory protein expressed by many neuroendocrine cells, has been recognized as useful tissue and serum marker of tumors. To investigate the effect CgA secretion on neoplastic morphogenesis progression, we have transfected mouse RMA lymphoma TS/A adenocarcinoma cells with cDNA encoding human selected several CgA-positive (secreting) CgA-negative (nonsecreting) clones. In both models, growth rate clones implanted s.c. in nude mice was slower than that Histological analysis each tumor showed CgA-expression associated multinodular patterns, whereas tumors appeared more compact similar to wild-type Moreover, production increased necrosis. The number nodules correlated levels (n = 40, r 0.537, P 0.0004). reduced not related vitro proliferation or changes cell adhesion shape, suggesting mechanism is indirect host-mediated. These results suggest abnormal could affect morphogenesis.
