摘要: Soil contamination caused by the NaCl used to de-ice slippery roads in winter is now recognized as one of major causes nutrient disorders and death urban trees. It believed that polyisoprenoids may have a specific role adaptation plants adverse conditions habitats; it further believed that cell, they may exhibit protective effect response biotic abiotic stress. The aim this study was evaluate salt stress on content prenol lipids leaves Crimean linden (Tilia ‘Euchlora’). Cl slightly damaged (“healthy”) averaged 0.96%, while that in heavily (“sick”) 2.02%. control trees contained average 0.57% Cl. Na contents healthy were 208 mg/kg 1038 mg/kg, respectively, and areas 63 mg/kg. A mixture polyprenols consisting four compounds, prenol-9, prenol-10, prenol-11 prenol-12, identified linden. This dominated prenol-10 (2.16–6.90 mg/g). polyprenol highest the leaves “healthy” (approximately 13.31 mg/g), lower case “sick” (approximately 9.18 lowest (mean 4.71 No changes observed the composition under these conditions. results suggest polyprenols may affect accumulation leaves. This phenomenon evidenced high prenols in considered but growing increased soil salinity the lower prenols advisable investigate the subjected stress.
