摘要: If there is no new physics beyond the TeV energy scale, such as in a theory of large extra dimensions, smallness seesaw neutrino mass, i.e., ${m}_{\ensuremath{\nu}}{\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}=\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}m}_{D}^{2}/{m}_{N}$, cannot be explained by very ${m}_{N}$. In contrast to previous attempts find an alternative mechanism for small ${m}_{\ensuremath{\nu}}$, I show how solution may obtained simple extension standard model, without using any ingredient supplied dimensions. It also experimentally testable at future accelerators.
