摘要: Cultured fibroblasts isolated from normal and keloid tissue do not differ in their growth characteristics or the rate of collagen synthesis under routine culture conditions. The addition hydrocortisone to media results significant differences both between these cell types. Collagen is inhibited 60% cultures by (0,5 micrograms/ml) population size at which density-dependent inhibition achieved increased. Keloid-derived grow a lower maximum density presence hydrocortisone, while significantly reduced. non-collagen protein increased Comparison keloid-derived obtained single individual suggests that phenotype with respect restricted nodule.
