摘要: In order to gain a better understanding of the neuronal and local control inner ear blood flow, vascular innervation rat cochlea vestibular system was examined. Specimens were removed in toto beginning at basilar artery extending anterior inferior cerebellar artery, labyrinthine common cochlear modiolar artery. When possible vessels dissected continuity through cribrose area. The endorgans also removed. examined using immunohistochemical techniques for presence vasoactive intestinal peptide, nitric oxide synthase, neuropeptide-Y, substance P calcitonin gene related peptide. Results show that vasculature portion receive similar types nonadrenergic innervation, within endorgans, only CGRP SP found neuroepithelium or association with vessels, system, majority appears stop near however, it extends include radiating arterioles. These findings suggest flow is under finer neuronally induced changes may have more global effect periphery.
