摘要: The effect of increasing the substitution water-soluble hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) and hydroxypropyl (HPC) is to decrease their affinities for water. This consistent with data given on cloud point, salt tolerance, surface tension aqueous solutions, solubility in organic solvents, all as functions MS. Ionizable substances have a great influence temperature-solubility behavior hydroxyalkyl celluloses. If ions are present inorganic salts solution, they cause hydration polymer some loss solubility. In case HPC, derived from substituent groups, small amounts, improve hot water impart unusual viscosity-temperature behavior. Mechanical properties HEC film thermoplasticity HPC extent rather than hydrophilicity.
