摘要: Resume Autoriser le retour sur terrain de sport apres une ligamentoplastie du LCA est decision difficile a prendre. Les chiffres d’accidents iteratifs varient 5 a 32 %, avec un risque accru genou sain. Nous avons effectue revue la litterature axee re-rupture LCA, afin proposer serie tests permettant guider medecin dans sa d’autoriser ou non au sport. suggerons sequence associant des cliniques (epanchement, amplitude, laximetrie comparative, recherche ressaut rotatoire), physiques (divers sauts monopodaux isoles repetes) et psychologiques (questionnaire ACL-RSI).
